Comparing images from historical consultations and understanding the results
All images from the same patient are gathered in consultations on one page. This allows you to compare images of both eyes to detect bilateral conditions and also assess the same eye over time. It saves you time in identifying artifacts and other anomalies as well as examining disease progression over time.
You choose which images you want to compare by pressing the arrows or 1 and 2 next to each image. The images you are currently comparing will be marked in green.
If RetinaLyze has found alterations, it will mark it with either black markings (signs of DR) or teal markings (signs of AMD). These markings can be hidden by pressing either "Toggle DR overlay" or "Toggle AMD overlay". The Glaucoma overlay will show you the measured level of hemoglobin in the optic nerve head and can be toggled using the button "Toggle Glaucoma overlay".
You can also zoom in the photo to investigate a specific area by using the controls “Zoom in” and “Zoom out”. Choose “Reset” to return to the original photo size.
You can move around in the photo by using the mouse. Press and hold the left mouse button down, thereafter, move the mouse to move around in the photo.
For OCT scans, you can see the individual b-scans being marked in their respective result colors. Use the scroll wheel on your mouse or the arrows on the screen to navigate the OCT scan.
