RetinaLyzeUpload - Topcon IMAGEnet 6

NOTE: This guide is applicable for users who only export fundus images. If you're also exporting OCT-scans from Topcon IMAGEnet 6, please follow this guide: RetinaLyzeUpload - Topcon IMAGEnet 6 (for OCTs)

  • Open the Topcon IMAGEnet 6 software.

  • Open the client’s images, so they are listed to the right. Left click the images you want to upload to RetinaLyze, so they have a blue border.

  • Press the export button.

  • Navigate to the RetinaLyzeUpload folder (usually C:\RetinaLyzeUpload)

  • Choose Image (not DCM-file) if prompted.

  • Open RetinaLyze in a browser.

  • Open the overview page (the first page after login) and press F5 on the keyboard or press the RetinaLyze logo.

  • You can now start the analysis of the images.
