RetinaLyzeUpload - Horus SA1

Exporting images with the Horus SA1 software (UVC OFF)

  • Open SA1 by double clicking on the shortcut located at the desktop.

  • Input username and password. Press “Confirm”.

  • Press “Add/Edit”.

  • Press the add client button

  • Fill the following fields: Name and ID

  • Press the save button

  • Click "OK"

  • Click the camera icon

  • Press “From SD card"

  • Capture the images with the camera.

  • Connect the camera. If the images do not appear automatically after connecting the camera, check that the date and time are correctly set on the camera and the computer.

  • When the images are loaded, press the save icon.

  • Press the export button

  • Press "OK".

  • Open RetinaLyze in a browser.

  • Open the overview page (the first page after login) and press F5 on the keyboard or press the RetinaLyze logo.

  • You can now start the analysis of the images.

  • Input username and password. Press “Confirm”.

  • Press “Add/Edit”.

  • Press the add client button

  • Fill the following fields: Name and ID

  • Press the save button

  • Click "OK"

  • Click the camera icon

  • Press “With Live view"

  • Capture the images with the camera connected to the computer.

  • When the images are captured and shown in the bottom bar, press the save icon.

  • Press the export button

  • Press "OK".

  • Open RetinaLyze in a browser.

  • Open the overview page (the first page after login) and press F5 on the keyboard or press the RetinaLyze logo.

  • You can now start the analysis of the images.

Installing the Horus SA1 software

Before using this guide, you need to install RetinaLyzeUpload. 

While installing RetinaLyzeUpload you will be asked for which camera you use. Choose “Horus (Medical Image Management System)” when asked.

  • If the operating system is Windows 10 you will be met with the following text. Press “More info”.

  • Press “Run anyway”

  • Press “Next”

  • Check “I accept the terms in the license agreement”

  • Press "Next" 2 times

  • Press "Install"

  • Press “Yes” to allow the program to be installed.

  • Press "Finish".

  • The program is now installed.

Setting up the Horus SA1 software

  • Open the SA1 software by double clicking the shortcut on the desktop

  • Click "Yes".

  • Choose "English".

  • Input the serial number given to you.

  • Create a new user by inputting the required info.

  • Press the save icon to create the new user

  • Press “OK”.

  • Input the username and password of the user that you just created, and press “Confirm”

  • Click "System Setup"

  • Press “Export report”

  • Check “Use default path” and input the following at path: C:\RetinaLyzeUpload

  • Press the save icon

  • Click "OK" in the "Save success"-box.

  • The SA1 software is now installed and setup to use with RetinaLyze.
